• For Entry Permit, following documents required well in advance:
  ✓ Provide Police Clearance Certificate.
  ✓ Id card with address details for all travellers including child and infants.
  ✓ Passport Size Photographs for All
• Entry Permit is mandatory to visit Lakshadweep, so get your Police Clearance Certificate well in advance.
• Entry permits issued by Lakshadweep authorities, we will follow the due procedure to avail permits. In case of VIP movement or force majeure permits may not be issued by the concern authorities.
• All travellers are advised to purchase travel insurance that provides care and services for sickness, Accidents, emergency rescue, etc. We shall not be responsible for the loss of personal assets and belongings of the travellers due to unavoidable reasons or mishaps.

• Any customisation in arrival and departures may lead to additional cost.
• All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions.
• Customisation would not be adjusted with any inclusions such as missed sightseeing, stay, meals etc.
• Due to delay by participants any missed out destination/s shall not be covered.
• If any of the points remains closed without prior intimation, we will try to cover it up with another destination if feasible.
• For any legal matter involving the company, parties hereto agree to confer exclusive jurisdiction to Mumbai Courts / Forums.

If for some reason you wish to cancel your trek/ event then an email intimation needs to be sent to “info@wanderingexplorers.in”. Cancellation requests are not taken over phone, however you can phone to check whether your cancellation has been processed.

• Cancellation on or before 61 days from date of Departure:
  Non-Refundable Permit or special bookings or service paid on your behalf – balance refund paid by the guest within 15 working days of cancellation of the tour.
• Cancellation on or before 46 to 60 days from date of Departure:
  25% Charges + Non-Refundable Permit or special bookings or service paid on your behalf – balance refund paid by the guest within 15 working days of cancellation of the tour.
• Cancellation on or before 26 to 45 days from date of Departure:
  50% Charges + Non-Refundable Permit or special bookings or service paid on your behalf – balance refund paid by the guest within 15 working days of cancellation of the tour.
• Cancellation on or before 25 days from the date of Departure to On Tour OR a participant is unable to join a trek/event at last moment 100% Charges. No Refunds.
• No Refund or Compensation for any changes on the ongoing event.
• No Refund of any kind for unutilised tour plan/ services.
• We owns (or reserve) the right to apply cancellation charges; if the trek/ event cancelled before leaving for the trek/ event by any reason beyond our control such as Natural Calamities (Heavy Rains, Storms, Landslides, Floods, and Pandemic, etc.) or any unforeseen incidents like road accidents, public transport cancellation/ failure, Government declared restrictions, strikes and Bandhs, etc. We shall not be liable for any other kind of loss.

7. Toiletry kit (Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Soap, Shampoo, Face Wash, Hand Sanitiser, etc.)
8. Sun protection & Cold Cream – Sunscreen, Lip balm, Sunglasses, Cap, mosquito repellant Cream etc.
9. Shoes and floaters
10. Ready to eat snacks, Dry fruits, etc.
11. Camera, Batteries and Memory cards – Optional
12. A Backpack to keep all things and a Day bag.
13. Medicines those you require usually, with your doctor’s consultation
