Spiti valley tour package starts from Narkanda (8599 feet), and after traversing to some of the highest passes you will reach back to Manali. Spiti Tour will be a magnificent adventure travel that you will experience many things in terms of vistas and culture. It will be a gradual transformation from lush green mountain ranges of Kinnaur to surreal brown landscapes of Spiti and then again, the greens of Manali.
You will be amazed by sacred mountain range of Kinnaur at Kalpa, enjoy offbeat road to Tado and last motorable village, Mud of the Pin Valley. Wander around the dazzling monasteries at Kaza and Dhankar as well as the serene Chandratal lake near Batal. Spiti tour will be entirely a lifetime experience.

Tour Plan
(175 Kms/ 6-8 Hrs, altitude 8599 ft)
The adventure travel tour to Spiti begins from your arrival at Chandigarh. Start the journey to Narkanda, a scenic town around 60 km from Shimla. Lunch enroute, and you will continue your drive through picturesque landscapes.
Arrive in Narkanda and check in at your stay. be at leisure, after awhile you can go around to explore the place surrounded by captivating views. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay and ready for onward journey to Spiti Valley.
(160 Kms/ 5-6 Hrs, altitude 9711 ft)
Starts your day with morning drive to mesmerising Kalpa, one of the beautiful village of Kinnaur. Enroute visit Reckong Peo, known as land of Gods. Reckong Peo is an amazing Himalayan town well known for apple orchards. Visit remote Rogi and Chini Villages while you enjoy the amazing view of Kinnaur Kailash mountain range (19849 ft.). Kinnaur Kailash is considered sacred by both Hindus and Buddhists of the valley.
Overnight stay at Kalpa
(160 Kms/ 5-6 Hrs, altitude 10,760 ft)
On the third day we will head to Tabo, continue our journey on the renowned Hindustan – Tibet Highway (NH 22). Soon we will enter the spellbound Spiti valley at Sumdo. Soon a link road leads to Gyu, where you have unique opportunity to visit the mummy of a late medieval Buddhist monk. The next stop will be Tabo, known as Ajanta of Himalayas. Tabo monastery is not only an ancient monasteries but also It is one of the oldest Buddhist pilgrimage centres in the Trans-Himalayas region.

(65 Kms/ 3 Hrs, altitude 12,500 ft)
After breakfast continue journey to the Dhankar Monastery. Dhankar Monastery perched atop a hill with a panoramic Spiti river view. Later head to Pin Valley, here explore Kungri Monastery. Pin Valley National park, established in 1987 to preserve natural habitat of endangered animals such as Snow Leopard and Siberian Ibex.
Stroll through the village lanes, it’s opportunity to interact with friendly locals and experience the local culture. Return to stay and unwind in the tranquil surroundings of Mud.
Overnight stay at Mud
(50 Kms/ 3 Hrs, altitude 11,980 ft)
Today we will head to the major highlights of the Spiti Tour, Kaza. On arrival explore the iconic Key Monastery of Kaza. Key monastery is located at the altitude of 13,500 ft, is the largest in the valley. This monastery boasts not only stunning architecture in a peaceful surrounding but also offers glimpse of Tibetan Buddhism history.
Further continue journey to Kibber village, famous for charming architecture and local culture. Later in the afternoon explore Chicham bridge with breathtaking landscapes of Spiti Valley. Return to your stay.
Overnight stay at Kaza
A whole day around Kaza, after breakfast head towards Hikkim and Langza villages. Hikkim famously known for worlds highest Post Office, situated at the altitude of 14,567 ft. After exploring the charming remote village, proceed to Komik, known to highest motorable village in the world. Enjoy the landscape marvels at the altitude of 15,049 ft and witness the traditional way of life at such a remote place. In the evening you are free to roam and explore Kaza town on your own.

(90 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs, altitude 14,000 ft)
Checkout from the stay at early morning, and start onward journey to Chandratal base camp. Chandratal lake, named after its crescent moonlike shape is one of the mesmerising location of the valley. This pristine lake located at the altitude of 14,100 ft. wonderful landscape.
Upon arrival at base camp, rest for a while. Later a short hike will lead you to the astounding Chandratal lake. You and walk along the banks of lake and enjoy the serenity.
Overnight stay at Batal base camp.
(120 Kms/ 6-7 Hrs, altitude 6,398 ft)
Early morning leave the base camp and we will travel to Manali. Enjoy your adventure travel drive one more time. Evening will be at leisurely pace; you have free time to explore bustling Manali town on your own. Stroll around the Mall road, do shopping and you may simply relax in a peaceful pine trees nearby. Conclude the day with Spiti valley tour memories.

After breakfast, complete the check-out formalities and commence your journey back to Chandigarh. A designated vehicle will drop you at Chandigarh Railway station or Airport for you homeward journey. - Any additional Expenses/ cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay caused by a reason beyond our control such as Natural Calamities (Landslides, Floods, etc.), any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, evacuation costs, flight cancellation, etc.
- Refund of any kind for unutilised tour plan services.
- Any other tax or service charge, stay charge that could be enforced during this period will be extra and need to be borne by Participants.
- Any service not specifically mentioned in the Inclusions.
Important Notes:
- All travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance that provides care and services for sickness, Accidents, emergency rescue, etc. We shall not be responsible for the loss of personal assets and belongings of the travelers due to unavoidable reasons or mishaps.
- Even though participants do not need to submit any health certificates, those with a history of medical problems, particularly cardiac or respiratory, should consult a doctor before deciding to undertake the trip.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If for some reason you wish to cancel your trek/ event then an email intimation needs to be sent to “info@wanderingexplorers.in”. Cancellation requests are not taken over phone, however you can phone to check whether your cancellation has been processed.
- In case if participant cancelled booking before 31 days in advance from the date of joining, then participant will get a refund of 75%.
- In case if participant cancelled booking between 30 to 21 days in advance from the date of joining, then participant will get a refund of 50%.
- In case if a participant is unable to join a trek/event at last moment or cancelled booking in less than 21 days in advance from the date of joining, then participant will not get any refund.
- No Refund or Compensation for any changes on the ongoing event.
- No Refund of any kind for unutilised tour plan services.
- A refund will be given after 15 days of completion of the trek /event.
- We owns (or reserve) the right to apply cancellation charges; if the trek/ event cancelled before leaving for the trek/ event by any reason beyond our control such as Natural Calamities (Heavy Rains, Storms, Landslides, Floods, and Pandemic, etc.) or any unforeseen incidents like road accidents, public transport cancellation/ failure, Government declared restrictions, strikes and Bandhs, etc. We shall not be liable for any other kind of loss.
