• All travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance that provides care and services for sickness, Accidents, emergency rescue, etc. We shall not be responsible for the loss of personal assets and belongings of the travelers due to unavoidable reasons or mishaps.
• Even though participants do not need to submit any health certificates, those with a history of medical problems, particularly cardiac or respiratory, should consult a doctor before deciding to undertake the trip.
• Carry appropriate substitution drugs for individuals allergic to any of above
• For any legal matter involving the company, parties hereto agree to confer exclusive jurisdiction to Mumbai Courts / Forums.

• Any customisation in arrival and departures may lead to additional cost.
• All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions.
• Customisation would not be adjusted with any inclusions such as missed sightseeing, stay, meals etc.
• Due to delay by participants any missed out destination/s shall not be covered.
• If any of the points remains closed without prior intimation, we will try to cover it up with another destination if feasible.

If for some reason you wish to cancel your trek/ event then an email intimation needs to be sent to “info@wanderingexplorers.in”. Cancellation requests are not taken over phone, however you can phone to check whether your cancellation has been processed.

• Cancellation on or before 61 days from date of Departure:
  Non-Refundable Permit or special bookings or service paid on your behalf – balance refund paid by the guest within 15 working days of cancellation of the tour.
• Cancellation on or before 46 to 60 days from the date of Departure:
  25% Charges + Non-Refundable Permit or special bookings or service paid on your behalf – balance refund paid by the guest within 15 working days of cancellation of the tour.
• Cancellation on or before 16 to 45 days from date of Departure:
  50% Charges + Non-Refundable Permit or special bookings or service paid on your behalf – balance refund paid by the guest within 15 working days of cancellation of the tour.
• Cancellation on or before 15 days from date of Departure to On Tour: 100% Charges. No Refunds.
• No Refund or Compensation for any changes on the ongoing event.
• No Refund of any kind for unutilised tour plan/ services.
• We owns (or reserve) the right to apply cancellation charges; if the trek/ event cancelled before leaving for the trek/ event by any reason beyond our control such as Natural Calamities (Heavy Rains, Storms, Landslides, Floods, and Pandemic, etc.) or any unforeseen incidents like road accidents, public transport cancellation/ failure, Government declared restrictions, strikes and Bandhs, etc. We shall not be liable for any other kind of loss.

***Cancellation in unavoidable circumstances: Natural/ Man-Made Calamities/ situations

Considering the safety of the tourists, we are compelled to postpone/ reschedule the tour under force majeure situation or due to uncontrollable factors at the destination, however guest/s do not wish to continue and cancel the tour:

1. Wandering Explorers reserves the right to cancel/ postpone/ reschedule any tour under force majeure situation like natural calamity, epidemic, pandemic, terrorist activities, political unrest, curfews, local riots, government orders etc. or uncontrollable factors like airline operation/ schedule change, disruption due to political/ sports/ local/ VIP event etc. at the destination considering the safety of the tourists.
2. Under any such force majeure situation/ uncontrollable factors, no refund – fully or partially will be applicable. As refund is not applicable, guests will be required to choose the next possible future date of the same tour. If there is any price difference for the future tour, guests will have to pay the same before the tour departure.
3. To reschedule the tour in force majeure situation/ uncontrollable factors, Wandering Explorers will send the request to all the concerned associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters etc. for their cooperation and assistance in postponement of the services. In case these associates are not in a position to consider the request, then actual cancellation charges may apply.
4. If a guest wants to change the destination, then the decision will depend on the cooperation of the associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters etc. Such a decision will require time and will be given as early as possible. If the selected tours’ price is more, then guests will have to pay the difference before the tour departure. In case the tour price is less, then the remaining amount will be kept in a credit shell with Wandering Explorers. No refund is applicable for the credit shell.
