A truly captivating destination, cold, rugged mountain landscapes towards the far north-eastern areas of Himachal Pradesh. This remote region was earlier a province of West Tibetan kingdom before merged to Ladakh in the 17th century. With its blend of history, culture, and serene terrain visiting Spiti is an entirely unforgettable experience.
Spiti valley tour package starts from Sangla (8600 feet), and after traversing to some of the highest passes you will reach back to Shimla. Spiti Tour will be a magnificent adventure travel that you will experience many things in terms of vistas and culture. It will be a gradual transformation from lush green mountain ranges of Kinnaur to surreal brown landscapes of Spiti.
You will be amazed by sacred mountain range of Kinnaur at Kalpa, enjoy offbeat road to Tado and last motorable village, Mud of the Pin Valley. Wander around the  dazzling monasteries at Kaza and Dhankar. Spiti tour will be entirely a lifetime experience.

Tour Plan

On arrival in Shimla, our coordinator will meet you. Meeting point: Shimla Volvo stand, ISBT Later depart for Sangla via Karcham. Your journey from here will take you to another spectacular destination in the middle Himalayas which is also known as Baspa valley – the prettiest valley in Himachal. Chitkul - the last Village on the old Indo-Tibetan trade route. Walk through the green orchards, by a brilliant stream. As the day falls, return to your hotel in Sangla for dinner and overnight stay.

After early breakfast check out & proceed towards Kalpa. Evening visit Roghi village and Suicide point. Enjoy the mesmerising view of Kinner Kailash from Kalpa. Overnight stay at Kalpa.

After early breakfast proceed towards Kaza via old Hindustan – Tibet Road. En route visit Nako town and lake further we move towards Tabo town and visit the ancient monastery of Tabo. Late evening arrival at Kaza (Headquarter of Spiti). Overnight stay at Kaza.

After breakfast proceed to explore the places around Spiti which covers famous lord Buddha statue overlooking Langza village, Komic village and its monastery (known as highest monastery in the world) and Hikkim the village where the highest post office in the world is located. Explore the Spitian lifestyle and culture. After lunch, proceed to explore Ki Monastery, Kibber Village, a home of Snow Leopard and hanging bridge which connect Chichum to the rest of the world. Evening free time to explore Kaza Town. Overnight stay at Kaza.

After early breakfast start our journey towards Recong Peo/ Kalpa. En route halt at many photogenic places. Overnight in Kalpa.

After breakfast proceed towards Shimla. Evening leisure time to explore Shimla town.

After breakfast, our vehicle will drop you at the local bus stand for onward journey.

  • Vehicle provided as per the mentioned tour plan (Point to Point Basis only)
  • Any kind of Insurance
  • Entry fees, Camera/ Video charges, Safari ride charges, etc.
  • Any additional Expenses/ cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay caused by a reason beyond our control such as Natural Calamities (Landslides, Floods, etc.), any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, evacuation costs, flight cancellation, etc.
  • Refund of any kind for unutilised tour plan services.
  • Any other tax or service charge, stay charge that could be enforced during this period will be extra and need to be borne by Participants.
  • Any service not specifically mentioned in the Includes sections.

Important Note:

  • All travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance that provides care and services for sickness, Accidents, emergency rescue, etc. We shall not be responsible for the loss of personal assets and belongings of the travelers due to unavoidable reasons or mishaps.
  • Even though participants do not need to submit any health certificates, those with a history of medical problems, particularly cardiac or respiratory, should consult a doctor before deciding to undertake the trip.
  • Carry appropriate substitution drugs for individuals allergic to any of above
  • For any legal matter involving the company, parties hereto agree to confer exclusive jurisdiction to Mumbai Courts / Forums.

Cancellation Policy:

If for some reason you wish to cancel your trek/ event then an email intimation needs to be sent to “info@wanderingexplorers.in”. Cancellation requests are not taken over phone, however you can phone to check whether your cancellation has been processed.

  • Cancellation on or before 61 days from date of Departure:
    Non-Refundable Permit or special bookings or service paid on your behalf – balance refund paid by the guest within 15 working days of cancellation of the tour.
  • Cancellation on or before 46 to 60 days from date of Departure:
    25% Charges + Non-Refundable Permit or special bookings or service paid on your behalf – balance refund paid by the guest within 15 working days of cancellation of the tour.
  • Cancellation on or before 16 to 45 days from date of Departure:
    50% Charges + Non-Refundable Permit or special bookings or service paid on your behalf – balance refund paid by the guest within 15 working days of cancellation of the tour.
  • Cancellation on or before 15 days from date of Departure to On Tour: 100% Charges. No Refunds.
  • No Refund or Compensation for any changes on the ongoing event.
  • No Refund of any kind for unutilised tour plan/ services.
  • We owns (or reserve) the right to apply cancellation charges; if the trek/ event cancelled before leaving for the trek/ event by any reason beyond our control such as Natural Calamities (Heavy Rains, Storms, Landslides, Floods, and Pandemic, etc.) or any unforeseen incidents like road accidents, public transport cancellation/ failure, Government declared restrictions, strikes and Bandhs, etc. We shall not be liable for any other kind of loss.
